CBS is reportedly working on a third series set in the Northern California town of Edgewater, focusing on a team of medical professionals. The spinoff would be a follow-up to 'Sheriff Country,' which itself was introduced through 'Fire Country.'
CBS may not be done expanding the Fire Country universe just yet. After successfully launching Sheriff Countryin October, a third series set in the same Northern California town of Edgewater is now reportedly in very early development, and this time, the focus could shift to the medical side of first responders.
