Grant Haviland, a 4-star tight end in the 2027 class, committed to Vanderbilt football, he announced April 14 on social media.Haviland is rated the No. 275 player in the 2027 class by the 247Sports Composite and the No. 13 tight end nationally. He chose the Commodores over Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio State and Clemson.The 6-4, 225-pounder attends Milton High School in Alpharetta, Georgia.Haviland is the third commit in the 2027 class, joining 4-star linebacker Omarii Sanders and 3-star receiver Jeremiah Douglas. Vanderbilt has picked up recruiting momentum recently under Clark Lea, getting their first 10-win season ever in 2025 and going to the ReliaQuest Bowl.
