Liam Nguyen – Unsplash Posey v. Bushnell is another perfect example of the white supremacist mindset. No matter how much these bottom feeders fuck around, it is unfair to allow them to find out, or to even suggest that they can or should ever have to do anything except fuck around.

It’s also an example of what happens when they think they’re all Donald tRump. Sowing, reaping, Part I. On June 11, 2022, rightwing blogger Summer Bushnell, accused Eric Posey, who performs under the name Mona Liza Millions, of showing his genitals to children during Coeur d’Alene’s 6th annual Pride in the Park event.

Bushnell obtained a video of MLM’s performance, blurred out his fully-clothed crotch and claimed his exposed dick was beneath the blur. The day of Posey’s performance, June 11, 2022, Bushnell posted a video of herself discussing the mass arrest of Patriot Front members near City Park, as well as footage from Posey’s performance. “Why did no one arrest the man in a dress who flashed his genitalia to minors and people in the crowd?” she said in the video.

“No one said anything about it and there’s video. I’m going to put up a blurred video to prove it.” The lie was almost everything a US white supremacist could want: A black man dressed as a woman got away with sexually victimizing children and generally menacing the public with his dong. Meanwhile the white patriots supremacists who were planning to start a riot were persecuted.

Fortunately, we appear to be past the days when a white woman can get a black man beaten up or killed with that type of accusation. Hooray for progress? However, her lies did subject Posey to a long nightmare that included a police investigation, national infamy, loss of employment, harassment, death threats and severe emotional distress.

Posey sued Bushnell and a jury awarded him $1.1 million. Of course she doesn’t have the money. She’ll probably die not having that money.

But if she does get that money it’s Posey’s. At any rate, while writing about the dismissal of Crumpledthinskin’s case against the WSJ, I checked some details on the case today and discovered Bushnell is back in court and in the news. Sowing/Reaping, the sequel – I will not buy this Finding Out.

It is scratched. Bushnell, representing herself on Thursday, said she disagreed with how certain questions were framed to the jury at the time and that they didn’t have enough information to make a fair decision. That information being that she only purchased the Fucking Around.

She did not want the Finding Out. She also said there was no “causal connection” between her conduct and the damages, and she “did not have any malice” toward Posey at the time of the post. Her conduct = Fucking Around = Good.

Damages = Finding Out = Bad. “Malice” is one of those FO-generating things. Saying there wasn’t any will make it better.

But Idaho Supreme Court judges appeared skeptical of Bushnell’s arguments Thursday. “The allegations in this case of modifying a video and lying about its contents and publicizing it sound pretty serious,” Idaho Supreme Court Justice Gregory Moeller said. “Help me understand why it’s not as serious as the jury thought it was.” “Because I don’t feel like they have the right instructions,” Bushnell responded.

“…I felt like the judge kind of went out of bounds … I came into a jury that already was assuming guilt to my case … I do not agree that I admitted to anything on the stand.” That last statement might refer to the fact that she admitted that she never saw Posey’s genitals in the video she doctored. But she might have seen the “faint outline of a testicle” if she computer, enhanced images of Posey’s crotch. No one made her say any of that.

Just as no one made her smear Posey. Or adopt the shittiest US politics since D.C. Stephenson revived the KKK. But she sure as hell can’t be responsible for her behavior.

Therefore, the court system should protect her from herself. I suspect her next move will be to sue Posey. After she stares at his crotch some more. People who post off-topic comments are crotch-ogling pervs.
