Netflix has a habit of resurfacing old favorites, but this one feels different. Peaky Blinders is something fans are circling back to on their own, pushing the series up the charts again, episode by episode, as if they never quite finished the job the first time. It might also have something to do with the film, The Immortal Man, that's out now.
